HIGH RESOLUTION PARTICLE SIZE MEASUREMENT
We provide industry leaders with the world’s fastest, highest resolution, and most sensitive centrifugal sedimentation particle size analyzers. Our instruments measure virtually any type of particle between as small as 5 nm and 50 microns at 2 to 10 times better resolution than any other particle sizing instrument, regardless of measurement technique.
PARTICLE SIZE CALIBRATION STANDARDS
CPS Instruments’ calibration standards in the submicroscopic to macroscopic size range ensure accurate measurements for a wide range of materials. All CPS calibration standards are verified by direct physical means and guaranteed to be correct in both stated average size (+/- 2%), half height peak width, and the presence of aggregates of the primary particles, if any.
ACCELERATE PROGRESS
We provide support to customer with limited particle size measurement needs through our particle size analysis services. CPS Instruments can measure particle size distributions from >30 microns to as small as 5 nm and present the results as weight, surface, or number distributions. All analyses are guaranteed to be accurate to within +/- 3% so long as the density of the particles in the sample can be accurately determined.

1. Initial Consultation
During your initial consultation, a specialist from CPS Instruments gathers information about your samples and specific particle size measurement needs.
2. Sample Analysis
To demonstrate the value of the Disc Centrifuge, we perform trial measurements of your samples, and provide a detailed report of the results and how the samples were measured.
3. On-site demo
Once you're confident of the CPS Instruments advantage, an on-site demo can be scheduled if needed, so that you can see the instrument in operation first-hand.
4. Installation Training
After your instrument is shipped, a knowledgeable consultant ensures installs the instrument, verifies proper operation, and provides one day of training for users.
